Mrs Hussain is currently Honorary Consultant Gynaecologist at Barts Health NHS Trust having recently taken early retirement from Whipps Cross University Hospital to go into full-time private practice. However, she continues to practice at Whipps Cross offering both clinics and operating on the regular basis.
She has had 30 years service in the NHS, 17 years of which have been as a Consultant at Whipps Cross University Hospital.
Special interests
Urogynaecology and pelvic floor reconstructive surgery including minimal access approach to correction of vaginal prolapse and incontinence. Menstrual, menopausal and gynaecological endocrine disorders. Laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cysts, hysterectomies and fibroids.
