About

Miss Khan is an experienced gynaecologist who believes in evidence based, high quality and patient centred care for women. She emphasises listening to her patients and accepts referrals for all common gynaecological problems.

Miss Khan received her preliminary education in Malta and spent her childhood in in England, Rome and Malta. She completed her obstetrics and gynaecology training in South Thames London Deanery rotational training programme in the UK. She has several publications in peer reviewed journals and has published chapters in text books. Her article Pregnancy outcome following bariatric surgery was published on BBC website (https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-20979355). Miss Khan was appointed as a substantive Consultant at Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust in 2011 and held additional roles of Clinical Services Lead and Labour Ward Lead Consultant contributing towards significant improvement in clinical services for women.
